You may provide job descriptions for resume tailoring. These are processed to match your resume to specific roles and are stored with your optimization results.

We collect information on how you access and use the Service, including pages visited, features used, optimization counts, and timestamps.
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by Paddle (our Merchant of Record). We do not store credit card numbers or bank details. Paddle may collect billing information as described in their privacy policy.

3. AI Processing
Your resume and job description data is processed by third-party AI services (including OpenAI) to provide optimization suggestions. 4. Data Retention
Active Accounts
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Your resumes, profiles, and optimization history are stored to provide continuity of service.
Inactive Accounts
If your account is inactive for 12 months, we may send a notification. If no action is taken within 30 days, we may delete your account and associated data.
Account Deletion
You can request account deletion at any time through your Settings page or by contacting us. Upon deletion:
- Your profile, resumes, and optimization data are permanently deleted within 30 days
- Billing records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by tax regulations
- Anonymized, aggregated usage statistics may be retained indefinitely
Free Trial Data
Data from free trial accounts that do not convert to a paid plan is retained for 90 days after trial expiration, then automatically deleted.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), encrypted data at rest, secure cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform), and access controls. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Service providers — Trusted third parties that help us operate the Service, including cloud hosting, AI processing, and payment processing
