This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on SkillCraft ("we", "us", "our") at getskillcraft.com. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Subscription Plans

SkillCraft offers monthly, quarterly, and annual subscription plans. All subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected period.

2. Credit Packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases and are non-refundable once purchased. Unused credits remain in your account and do not expire as long as your account is active.

3. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings under Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again, and you retain access until then.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund (where eligible), contact us at support@getskillcraft.com within the eligible window with your account email and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to issue refunds at our discretion in cases of extenuating circumstances, billing errors, or duplicate charges. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service.
